Corrective Action Plan

The Tribal Council hired a new CFO in August of 2024. The CFO has been working closely with the Tribal Treasurer, as well as the rest of the Tribal Council and the Finance Department staff, to ensure that appropriate financial policies and procedures are in place and followed consistently. The CFO and Tribal Compliance Officer have worked with the Child Care Program Director to properly allocate administrative expenses, as well as all other programmatic limits. Expenses are reviewed monthly to ensure compliance with Federal regulations.
