Corrective Action Plan

The Tribal Council hired a new CFO in August of 2024. The CFO has been working closely with the Tribal Treasurer, as well as the rest of the Tribal Council and the Finance Department staff, to ensure that appropriate financial policies and procedures are in place and followed consistently. The Tribe’s Personnel Officer will work with the Child Care Program Director to review all personnel files include documentation evidencing the completion of all required training. This review process will be a part of the annual review process for all Child Care personnel as well as all new hires.
