Other Compliance Finding84.425U ESSER III GrantCriteria: The District should have properly completed form I-9s on file for all employees within the Federalrequired timeline for completion.Condition: Two employees out of a sample of employees during the fiscal year in the ESSER III Grant didnot have I-9s completed within the Federal required timeline for properly completing the form.Cause: UnknownEffect: The District is not in compliance with federal laws requiring completed I-9s on file.Recommendation: The District should develop process and procedures to properly complete the I-9s withinthe federal laws required timeline.
