CriteriaAll expenditures allocated to a grant must comply with the cost principles at 45 CFR Part 75, Subpart E, and any other requirements or restrictions on the use of federal funding.Effect or Potential Effect:Due to the overstatement of home visits the District was reimbursed from the State for home visits that did not take place.Recommendations:The District needs to verify that all home visits have actually taken place, before reimbursement is requested.
