Per examination of insurance coverage, we noted that the Project does not have Workers Compensation and Employer Liability Insurance coverage for its employees for the period 1/01/2022 through 12/31/2022.
Corrective Action Plan
This was oversight by the Management Agent. The Project has worker compensation insurance for the current year ending December 31, 2023 for the coverage period of 1/23/2023 to 1/19/2024.
