CUAHSI has a compliant subrecipient monitoring procedure in our Federal Grant Management Policies and Procedures Manual which applies to various existing roles covered by CUAHSI staff (Controller, Accountant, PI). CUAHSI began documenting subrecipient monitoring progress of active awards in May of 2023 and established updated processes on September 21, 2023. CUAHSI management will ensure staff are following these policies by instituting yearly process reviews that verify process documentation is stored securely in an organized manner and subrecipient monitoring is being performed adequately per Federal award terms and conditions, 2 CFR 200.300, .330, .331, and .501(h). CUAHSI Management will evaluate current job descriptions and performance criteria to make sure duties and responsibilities are aligned with the policies and procedures manual.
