Effect of Condition - Required submission deadlines were not met. Cause - The City was not able to receive all required reportable information in a timely manner from third party specialists. Recommendation - We recommend that the City work with third party specialists to obtain all audit information closer to the end of the year to ensure that all future reporting deadlines are met.
