Federal Program: 84.044A TRIO – Talent Search (Department of Education) Award P044A210058 – 23 (Wahupa Talent Search City Project) Criteria: Title 34, Subtitle B, Chapter VI, Part 643 Talent Search: Two-thirds requirement for participants to qualify as Low-Income and First-Generation College. Condition: Total of Participants in Program did not meet the above-referenced Two-thirds requirement. Cause: Lack of Sufficient Oversight by Program Director Effect: No specific questioned cost is quantifiable—Population of Potential Participants is underserved.
