Management Response: Management acknowledges the finding regarding delays in performing
drawdowns and reporting for federal grant programs. To address this, we will implement a control process for
timely drawdowns and reporting, ensuring adequate resource allocation and support for the Business
Manager. Responsibilities will be delegated among the business office staff, and regular monthly reports on
drawdown status will be provided to enhance transparency and accountability. These actions aim to improve
the District's grant administration processes and ensure timely reimbursement for program expenditures.
