7. Recommendation: Management to thoroughly review expenses before submission and revise budgets as
necessary.
8. Views of Responsible Officials and Planned Corrective Actions: The Organization has changed the policy to
track expenses monthly instead of quarterly at the end of the fiscal year to be sure they don’t run out of time to
adjust the budget.
