Explanation of disagreement with audit finding: Capital Fixed Asset reports are maintained by the District with designated grant project information attached to the items. Linda Schmitt is using Asset Tiger to track inventory items. Action taken in response to finding: Capital fixed assets will be reviewed every 2 years for retention of items that have been purchased with federal grant funds.
