Accounting Policies: Note 1 - This schedule was prepared on a regulatory basis of accounting consistent with the preparation of the combined financial statements, except for the non-cash assistance noted in Note 2. Note 2 - Food Distribution - Non cash assistance is reported in this schedule at the fair market value of the commodities received and disbursed.Note 3 - None of the federal programs include any loan programs, loan guarantee programs, has no sub-recipients and does not use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate.Note 4 - This program was properly expended, but was not coded to OCAS as federal expenditures.
