Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal grant activity of the College of Eastern Idaho under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with requirements of the Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”). Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the College of Eastern Idaho, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position or cash flows of the College of Eastern Idaho.
The federal student loan program listed on the Schedule is not administered directly by the College of Eastern Idaho, therefore the basis used to determine loans expended is the amount of new loans made during the fiscal year.
During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, the College administered the following loan programs: Loan Program Federal ALN 2025 Amount Direct Subsidized 84.268 $1,159,753 Direct Unsubsidized 84.268 1,508,162 Direct Plus 84.268 15,251 Total $2,683,166
The College does not have any subrecipients or subrecipient expenditures.
