The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal award activity of the Northwest Community Health Center (the “Health Center”) under programs of the federal government for the year ended February 29, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements of Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Health Center, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Health Center.

The Health Center is a nonprofit corporation providing primary health care to the medically underserved population of Lincoln County, Montana. The Health Center receives a significant portion of its funding for health center operations from grants funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under the Consolidated Health Center Program (CFDA 93.224 and CFDA 93.527) representing funding from the Health Center Program Cluster. This cluster of programs was the major federal program for the fiscal year ended February 29, 2024.
