Title: FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and the Schedule of Expenditures of State Awards include the federal and state grant activity of the Cashton Public Schools and are presented on the modified accrual basis of accounting. The information in these schedules is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) and the State Single Audit Guidelines. Therefore, some amounts presented in these schedules may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The District's federal oversight agency for the audit is the U.S. Department of Education. The District's state cognizant agency is the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
