Criteria: Per Uniform Guidance, entities are prohibited from contracting with or making subawards of $25,000 or more to parties that are suspended or debarred. Context: See above condition. Cause: Management oversight. Effect: The School System was not in compliance with the requirements of suspension and debarment. Recommendation: We recommend that the School System establish procedures to ensure proper verification of suspension and debarment.
