Criteria: Pursuant to the HUD regulatory agreement, the Corporation is required to make deposits to the reserve for replacements in the required amount of $43,884. Effect: The Corporation is not in compliance with the HUD regulatory agreement and the reserve for replacements is underfunded. Cause: The Corporation did not have sufficient funds in the operating cash account to make the deposit. Recommendation: Management should make a deposit to the reserve for replacements for $657 for the delinquent deposit.
