Statement of condition 2023-001: The Form SF-SAC single audit data collection form for the year
ended June 30, 2022, was not submitted to the federal audit clearinghouse in the required timeframe.
Criteria: Pursuant to the Uniform Guidance, the Corporation is required to submit form SF-SAC single
audit data collection form within nine months after the end of the audit period.
Effect: The Corporation is not in compliance with Uniform Guidance.
Cause: Upon completion of the audit for the year ended June 30, 2022, the federal audit clearinghouse
was not accepting form SF-SAC single audit data collection forms for the year ended June 30, 2022.
The auditee certifier was unable to certify the form SF-SAC single audit data collection form within the
required timeframe after the federal audit clearinghouse began accepting form SF-SAC single audit
data collection forms for the year ended June 30, 2022.
Recommendation: The Corporation should submit the form SF-SAC single audit data collection form
for the year June 30, 2022, as soon as practical and submit all future form SF-SAC single audit data
collection forms in the required timeframe.
Completion date: April 25, 2023
Management's response: Agree. Form SF-SAC single audit data collection form for the year ended
June 30, 2022, was submitted to the federal audit clearinghouse on April 25, 2023. No further action
is required.
