Criteria and Condition: The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) requires quarterly reports to be submitted by the 15th day after the end of each quarter. A final closeout report is required to be submitted by January 30, 2023. The County was not in compliance with the reporting requirements for the ERAP program.
