Recommendation: Implementation of controls to ensure future reports are submitted in a timely manner. Management’s Response: The Dunnstown Fire Company agrees with this finding and will implement procedures to ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Corrective Action Plan

Compensating controls and additional procedures have been implemented to ensure that reports as required by federal grants are submitted in within the nine month window for filing.
