The Authority has hired a new Executive Director in April of 2025. She is undertaking the process of learning the systems in place and adjusting them to meet the requirements of the program. The Authority has hired a consultant that has significant experience in HUD regulations to help guide them to implement the appropriate systems. Planned corrective actions are to be implemented immediately.
