The City has implemented process improvements to ensure timely payments are processed and sent to subrecipients in accordance with the agreement terms. The City has hired a full time Housing Programs Analyst who oversees the federal programs and reviews each invoice upon submittal. At the time of the finding in 2024, the position was vacant. The City has also accommodated the subrecipient by allowing in person pick up of payment to expedite the process even further.
