Type of Finding Significant Deficiency in Internal Control over Compliance. Condition and Criteria: Grant expenses should be allocated and charged to the appropriate grant. Cause: For the year ended June 30, 2024, we noted a disbursement that was not properly allocated to the appropriate grant. Effect: Improper grant expenditures could occur if proper allocations of grant expenses are not performed. Questioned Costs: None. Recommendation: We recommend management monitor and review grant expenditures for proper allocation to the respective grant funding source.
