The Corporation concurs with the findings and processes for approval and payment authorization have been reviewed and revised. New board members and a new Interim Director are now in place. Segregation of duties and responsibilities will ensure proper review and approval processes are in place going forward to ensure representation of board minutes, as well as to ensure substantiation of any modifications to original board direction.
