Passed Through: Illinois State Board of Education 7. Federal Agency: U.S. Department of Agriculture 8. Criteria or specific requirement (including statutory, regulatory, or other citation): The average price of paid meals must be higher than the minimum allowed price for the year. A paid lunch equity calculation must be completed if it is not. 9. Condition: The District's average price of paid meals for the fiscal year was lower than the minimum allowed amount and there was no paid lunch equity calculation completed. 10.
