c. Task Delegation: With additional staff in place, we will delegate specific responsibilities to ensure that
FFR quarterly reports are prepared and submitted promptly.
d. Reporting Calendar: We will implement a reporting calendar that outlines deadlines and responsibilities,
helping us stay organized and on track.
e. Training and Development: Our team will undergo training to enhance their skills and knowledge in
grants management and federal reporting, ensuring greater accuracy and efficiency.
