McKee Manor Apartments, Inc. respectfully submits the following corrective action plan for the year ended September 30, 2023.

The finding from the September 30, 2023 Schedule of Findings and Questioned Costs is discussed below:
FINDING – MAJOR FINANCIAL STATEMENT AUDIT
2023-001 Replacement Reserve Withdrawal
Recommendation:
The Project has not had any prior compliance issues with the Replacement Reserve. However, we recommend that the Project monitor their spending of Replacement Reserve withdrawals closely and only use the funds for the HUD approved purposes.
Action Taken:
Management acknowledges the finding, and the Project has repaid the balance of the reserve for replacement funds to X-Caliber Capital to place back into the property’s reserve for replacement account. Management concludes that additional corrective action is not necessary and does not expect this situation to arise again in the future.
