Corrective Action Plan

1. Transfer to an Interest-Bearing Account: Management will coordinate with the financial institution to establish an appropriate interest-bearing account and transfer the Reserve for Repairs and Replacement funds to that account. 2. Account Designation and Restrictions: The account will be properly designated as a Reserve for Repairs and Replacement account and maintained separately from the Project's operating funds, with withdrawals and use of the funds subject to applicable HUD requirements and project agreements. 3. Monthly Reconciliation and Review: The Reserve for Repairs and Replacement account will be reconciled monthly. Management will review the bank statements and reconciliations to verify that the funds remain in the appropriate account and that all required deposits are properly recorded. 4. Ongoing Compliance Review: Management will incorporate the Reserve for Repairs and Replacement account into its periodic compliance review to ensure that the account continues to meet applicable HUD requirements and that any changes in banking arrangements are reviewed for compliance before implementation.
