Criteria:As a condition to receiving federal awards under the Covid-19 Provider Relief Fund and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural Distribution, auditees are required to submit reports via the HRSA Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal during the applicable payment received period. Condition: CRMHS was unable to provide proof that the Period 3 PRF report was submitted to HRSA in a timely manner. Effect:CRMHS was unable to demonstrate compliance with the PRF Period 3 Reporting Requirements. Cause:CRMHS has been unable to successfully access the HRSA Repoting Portal to definitively determine the Period 3 PRF report was submitted to HRSA. The individual responsible for the submission of this report is no longer with CRMHS, and did retain documentation showing timely submission of this report. Recommendation: Management should review its policies and procedures for grant reporting, including maintaining copies of reports submitted showing compliance with applicable reporting requirements for federal awards. View of Responsible Officials: Management believes the appropriate PRF report was submitted, however cannot access the HRSA Reporting Portal to confirm this to be the case.
