Finding 2025-002 Cash Management Contact Person: Tracy Carr, Rajee Rao Management Response: We agree with the auditors’ comments and the following action plan was taken last year to implement internal control procedures to allow for timely reporting: A grant reporting schedule was developed and has been followed since June 2025 which has enabled the submission of the monthly grant reimbursement reports to be filed by the due date since July 2025. It has required a group effort by the entire staff and the individual members of the finance team in the responsibilities to meet the deadline. The continued use of this schedule has proven to keep the process on track and allow the organization to adhere to the grant deadlines. Completion Date: Beginning July 1, 2025 and thereafter
