Corrective Action Plan The Town has established and maintains effective internal controls over compliance with federal requirements that have a direct and material effect on federal programs. To accomplish this, the Town has implemented the practice of dual control for federal grant expenditure reporting. One individual will prepare the expenditure report, while a separate, knowledgeable individual will review the report before it is submitted. For our ARPA expenditure report ending on 3/31/26, the Finance Director prepared the report and the Town Manager approved it.
