Condition: In May 2024, the Project’s required monthly replacement reserve amount was increased. Questioned Costs: $661 Context: It was noted that eight of the twelve monthly deposits to the replacement reserve account were below the required monthly deposit amount. Effect: The replacement reserve account was underfunded. Recommendation: We recommend that funding amounts to the replacement reserve account be reviewed by an appropriate level of management, especially when there are changes to the required monthly deposit. Views of Responsible Officials and Planned Corrective Actions: Management agrees with the finding and will implement procedures to ensure proper review of the monthly deposits. The $661 shortfall was deposited to the replacement reserve account in 2025.

The finding from the schedule of findings and questioned costs is discussed below.
