The Foundation is not in compliance with recordkeeping for program monitoring and evaluation, as the Foundation does not have comprehensive sponsor/subrecipient monitoring policies and procedures.
Corrective Action Taken or Planned:
The Foundation has updated its Quality Management Plan to include comprehensive subrecipient monitoring policies. The Foundation’s Quality Management team is working with all programming to implement a robust monitoring process, including risk assessments, adherent to grantor regulations, service delivery, and program outcomes.
