Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal financial programs of Safe and Fear-Free Environment, Inc. Federal financial assistance received directly from federal agencies assistance as well as federal financial assistance passed through other governmental agencies is included on the schedule. The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. No amounts were passed through to subrecipients. The organization did not elect to use the 10% deminimis indirect cost rate.
