Title: Non-Monetary Federal Program
Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available. The District has not elected to use 10 percent de minimus indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.

The District is the recipient of a federal award pogram that does not result in cash receipts or disbursments termed a "non-monetary program." During the year ended June 30, 2023, the District used $29,321 worth of commodities.
