Accounting Policies: Note 1 - General - The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the "Schedule") includesthe federal grant activity of the Government Department of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewaunder programs of the federal government for the year ended September 30, 2022. The information in theSchedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the"Uniform Guidance"). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations ofGovernment Department of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, it is not intended to and doesnot present the financial position or changes in net position of the Government Department of the Fond duLac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.Note 2 - Summary of Significant Accounting Policies - Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported onthe modified accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the Uniform Guidancewherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
