Accounting Policies: Consistent with the Citys method of filing federal financial reports, the accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is prepared using the accrual basis method of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S., Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some of the amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of the basic financial statements. The amounts reported in the accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards agree, in all material respects, to amounts reported within the Citys basic financial statements.

When no identifying number is shown, the City has either determined that no identifying number is assigned for the program or the City was unable to obtain an identifying number from the pass-through entity.
