De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. Management has utilized the MDE Nexys Grant, Application and Cash Management System Grant Auditor Report (GAR) in preparing the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
