The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. During the year ended June 30, 2022, the Coalition did not expend any Federal awards in the form of non-cash assistance. The Coalition had no federal insurance in effect during the year, and no loans or loan guarantees were outstanding at year end.

For the year ended June 30, 2022, the Coalition had the following major programs: The Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (16.034) program provides funding to assist in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the Coronavirus. Criminal Victim Assistance (16.575) These funds are provided by the U.S. Department of Justice. The program is designed to support victim assistance services for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, drunk driving, homicide, and other crimes.
