Accounting Policies: 1. The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is presented using the modified cash basis of accounting, which is described in Note 1 to the District's financial statements. The Schedule contains $333,443 in 84.425D expenditures from the 2021-21 fiscal year that were identified during the 2021-22 fiscal year. 2. Commodities received and expended are valued by the Food Service Section of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. 3. The District did not provide funds to subrecipients in the current year. 4. The District elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate.
