Title: Basis of Presentation
Accounting Policies: The SEFA presents the expenditures of all federal awards reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Liberty Hill Foundation did not elect to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.

These amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in or used in the presentation of the financial statements.
