The information presented in this schedule is in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Therefore, some amountspresented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in or used in the preparation of the basic financial statements. The City elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The City of Augusta, Kansas, (the City), is the recipient of several federal awards. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies as well as those awards that are passed through other government agencies, are included on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
