Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the SEFA) includes thefederal grant activity of Union League Boys and Girls Clubs (ULBGC) under programs of thefederal government for the year ended December 31, 2022. The information in this SEFA ispresented in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 900, Uniform AdministrativeRequirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (UniformGuidance). As the SEFA presents only a selected portion of the operations of ULBGC, it isnot intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cashflows of ULBGC. Expenditures reported on the SEFA are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Suchexpenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the UniformGuidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as toreimbursement. ULBGC has not elected to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rateas allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
