Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principle contained in the Uniform Guidance wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: Beaverton School District has a negotiated indirect cost rate with the Oregon Department of Education. The District is thus not allowed to use the ten percent de minimus indirect rate as otherwise allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
