Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the accompanying schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the consolidated financial statements of the federal program. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.

Rate Explanation: Gospel Center Rescue Mission, Inc. has not elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
Gospel Center Rescue Mission, Inc. has received U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development forgivable loans through the Community Development Block Grant program. The federal expenditures for the loans shown on the schedule include balances of loans from previous years for which compliance requirements continue.
