De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The College has a negotiated indirect cost rate of 24.6%. Some federal reimbursements are not based upon specific expenditures. Therefore, some amounts presented represent cash received rather than federal expenditures.
