De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: NOTE 2 - FEDERAL DE MINIMIS INDIRECT RATE. The Selkirk School District #70 has not elected to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The Selkirk School District #70 used the federal restricted rate of 4.51% and an approved federal unrestricted rate of 31.34%. The federal unrestricted rate (31.34%) was applied to other award 84.425D-0120396 ($132,729.72), 84.425U-0138234 ($111,131.91), 84.425U-0137219 ($144,303.21).
