Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Award includes all the federal grant activity of Advocates for Innovative Schools, Inc. d/b/a Robert Russa Moton Charter School (the School). The School's reporting entity is defined in Note 1 of the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2022. This schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Guidance, ''Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations."

Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate.
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is presented using the accrual basis of accounting, which is described in Note 1 to the School's financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2022.
