Santa Rosa County, Florida, elected to utilize the ten percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: The auditee used the de minimis cost rate. Total Federal Assistance Listing No. 97.036 expenditures of $2,270,189 were incurred in a prior fiscal year and obligated by FEMA in the current fiscal year.
