When there was no federal contract number, the 2-digit federal agency identifier and the word "unknown" were used.

The Arizona Department of Housing and the City of Flagstaff, Arizona loaned funds to the Organization as a part of a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program to assist in the purchase of land and construction of transitional housing. The outstanding balances on these loans as of June 30, 2023 totaled $883,105 (Federal Assistance Listing number 14.239), $5,663,142 (Federal Assistance Listing number 14.228) and $341,000 (Federal Assistance Listing number 14.218) and they are included in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards, as there are ongoing compliance requirements related to these awards.
